Encashment:
    i.  Encashment Threshold Days - THE DAYS FOR WHICH NOT PAY ENCHASMENT.
	ii. Earning Component - GL ACCOUNT FOR EXPENSE BOOKING.
    
    
Earned Leave:
    i.   Earned Leave Frequency - MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, HALF YEAR, YEARLY.
    ii.  Allocate on Day - FIRST-DAY, LAST-DAY, DATE-OF-JOINING.
    iii. Rounding - 0.5=HALF-DAY, 1=FULL-DAY

(MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, HALF YEAR, YEARLY)
WHEN YOU CREATE SALARY SLIP OF THAT MONTH ON WHICH YOU CREATED ENCASHMENT WILL BE ADDED IN SALARY SLIP.

   a.	Transfer to Next Year.

   a.	Encashment Attached But Not Create.
   b.	Not Create Leave Encashment.
   c.	Not Show In Leave Balance.

Type:-3. Is Partially Paid Leave
   a.	Half Pay

Type:-4. Is Optional Leave
   a.	Optionally Pay
   b.	These leaves are holidays permitted by the company however, availing it is optional for an Employee.

Type:-5. Allow Negative Balance
   a.	Above Allocated Leave.

Type:-6. Allow Over Allocation
   a.	Above Allocated Leave.
   b.	Allows allocating more leaves than the number of days in the allocation period.

   a.	Days Leave
     i.	    Saturday ---> Leave Application
     ii.    Sunday  --->  Leave
     iii.   Monday ---> Leave Application
   
   b.	Create Leave For Three Days.

   c.	If Application Created For Saturday and Monday Separately Then Not Work/Apply.
   d.	Encashment Created.
