Quick fix:** Run:
/sunrise/tools/applications/rv/rv.sh -resetPrefs



If the above doesn't work, please run the following below:

ssh into the machine.

run:

cd /home/<name.surname>/

rm -rf .autodesk/

rm -rf .rv/

rm -rf .config/Autodesk/

rm -rf .config/TweakSoftware/

rm -rf .local/share/Autodesk/
