This video will help you on HOW TO CONNECT IPHONE 11 PRO MAX ON CR-V 2015 | ENABLE HDMI CABLE | WHILE ON DRIVE MODE. I had this problem before till I tried this myself if it's really work! and it does work! Definitly it will work on yours too!

Normally HDMI mode in the Audio options displays the screen of a cell phone or other HDMI sources on the CRV condole screen only while in park

With the steps below that need to be repeated every time the car is started, the phone screen can be displayed on the car's display screen while driving.

You will need a HDMI adapter for your phone with or without a phone charger option and a HDMI cable.

Steps
#1 With the car in park (recommended) start the car.
#2 Plug the HDMI cable into HDMI adapter
#3 On the console screen click the Audio button on the screen
#4 On the buttons on the left side of the screen, all at the same time, press the 
Power, Home and Eject buttons
#5 On the screen that appears press the lower "Individual Diagnotic Screens ..." on screen button
#6 Press and hold the left side Menu button for 3 seconds
#7 On the new screen press the "Version model information" item on the list
#8 Press the "DD VSP ERROR" area on the bottom right of the screen
#9 On the new screen on the "DD VSP ERROR ON " text line press the "ON" text. Then click "OFF" when it appears below the "ON"
#10 Repeatedly press the "Back" button on the left side of the display until back to the outer screen where the "Audio" on screen button appears.
#11 Press the on screen "Audio" button and then the on screen "HDMI" button
#12 Plug the open end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI connector in the covered console between the two seats.
#13 Plug HDMI adapter into phone
#14 Optionally plug phone charger cable into HDMI adapter
